Reviews and Ratings
I recently had a frustrating experience at this hotel. The reservation policy was extremely lenient, causing unexpected charges on my card right after booking. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the bathroom was unacceptable, with mould present, and the overall atmosphere of the rooms was damp and cramped. While the breakfast was quite good, I was overall disappointed with my stay and wouldn’t return.
I had a wonderful stay with stunning sea views just a short walk from the beach. The staff were incredible, especially Ortelle and Sami, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in was quite tight and not as clean as I would have liked, which impacted my overall experience. Additionally, I had a frustrating incident with the front desk that overshadowed some of the positives during my stay.
The hotel has a fantastic location, just a block from the beach with numerous cafes and stores within walking distance. My room was spacious and tidy with a nice shower, but the lack of an elevator made it inconvenient. While the breakfast buffet was excellent, I had issues with the service that left a bit to be desired. Overall, it’s a decent stay but not without its frustrations.
My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were in poor condition, showing signs of wear and not particularly clean. On a brighter note, I did enjoy a relaxing massage at the on-site spa, and the breakfast was tasty, even if the options were limited. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t justify the price, especially with the ongoing issues in the rooms and the lack of proper service.
